About Matt Grace

I’m a native of Eastern North Carolina, now living in the city of Winterville along with my wife Kelly, my two daughters Adriane and Marissa and our Shih Tzu, Gracie.

Elm Street Park in Greenville, NC is where I played little league baseball and Rose High School is where I played for a state championship baseball team.  Staying in the area, I attended both East Carolina University (Go Pirates) and Pitt Community College.  I’m proud to call eastern North Carolina my home.

Hanging on the office wall is my framed NC contractor’s license #66837.  This license, my experience leading Grace Construction, Inc. and my six years of experience as the superintendent for a custom home builder prepared me well to serve you, my customers. In business since 2007, I have expertise in building new custom and speculation homes, remodeling and renovations.

I am serving as the president of the Greenville-Pitt County Home Builders Association (GPCHBA) for the upcoming year and was selected by my peers as Builder Member of the Year for 2017.

In my past role as construction superintendent, I managed the construction of new homes ranging in size from 1,700 square feet to 5,000 square feet.  In addition, I’ve completed dozens of contracts involving interior and exterior remodeling.
